Vic Leupold

President & Cofounder

Vic, along with his business partner, opened Discount Windows in April 2004. With sustained vision, they have taken a small, three-man operation and built a thriving, small local business with over 50 employees. Vic is constantly working hard in the background to cultivate growth for the company. Fostering a business that gives back to its community and establishing a company that treats its customers and employees like family has always remained a top priority for Vic.

Lee Brohel

Vice-President & Cofounder

From the moment Lee and his business partner opened Discount Windows in 2004, he has dedicated himself to master the ins and outs of the window and door industry. Lee enjoys serving his community, providing great customer service for all jobs big and small. Lee works with contractors from all over Oregon and Southern Washington. He is very hands on and can be found at Discount Windows assisting customers and educating his employees.

Jake Schneider

Contractor Sales Manager

Jake has over 10 years experience in windows and doors. He is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Customer service and accuracy in ordering are his main concern. With his knowledge and experience, he can help you with products for a renovation or new construction. Email or bring your plans by the office. He is willing to take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want for your project.

John Angeli

District Manager

John has been working in construction since 2004. He has put the experience he gained on construction sites to good use by anticipating the needs of both contractors and homeowners. His focus on courteous and friendly customer service has earned him many repeat customers since joining discount windows in 2011.

Adam McNamar

Install Manager

Over his 8 years in construction, Adam has been involved in all aspects of the window and door installation business. He started out with Discount Windows working on an install crew and has earned his way up to an estimator position. Adam is a Junction City native who has lived here his whole life. He brings his small-town family values to everything he does, whether coaching his kids sports teams or selling you the best product for the best price.

Leilani Woolpert

Assistant Office Manager

Leilani has been with Discount Windows since 2013. Leilani has worked most positions in our Administrative Department and has been instrumental in developing many company procedures. Leilani’s knowledge of the business allows her to provide noteworthy customer service and assist you with the administrative support you need. She is known to go above and beyond for the employees and customers of Discount Windows.
