Founders:
Vic Leupold, President & Co-Founder
Vic, along with his business partner, opened Discount Windows in April 2004. With sustained vision, they have taken a small, one man operation and built a thriving local small business with over 25 employees. Vic uses his over 15 years’ experience in the construction field to provide detailed and accurate window and door information to help his customers get the best product with the best value.
Lee Brohel, Vice-President & Co-Founder
Lee works with contractors from all over Oregon and Southern Washington. He provides windows and doors for jobs big and small from the thousands of windows we have in stock—or, if we don’t have it, he customer orders it and can even get it delivered right to your jobsite. Coordinating deliveries from multiple vendors to make sure you have what you need on time is one of his highest priorities.
Management:
Josiah Abbe, CEO
Josiah oversees both the sales and install departments. He has been involved in window and door sales since 2002 and puts his experience to use keeping operations working smoothly and on schedule. His knowledge of products and building codes helps him provide the right product for the right job. From a one window replacement to commercial new construction complex, Josiah can get the job done right.
Sales:
Jake Schneider, Sales Manager
Jake has over 10 years’ experience in windows and doors. He is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Customer service and accuracy in ordering are his main concern. With his knowledge and experience, he can help you with products for a renovation or new construction. Email or bring your plans by the office. He is willing to take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want for your project.
John Angeli, Sales Specialist
John has been working in construction since 2004. He has put the experience he gained on construction sites to good use by anticipating the needs of both contractors and homeowners. His focus on courteous and friendly customer service has earned him many repeat customers since joining Discount Windows in 2011.
Installation:
Danny de Feniks, Install Manager
Danny has been the Manager of our Install Department since it was opened in 2008. With over 30 years’ experience in the construction field, he has been instrumental in developing the procedures and techniques our crews use to provide high quality workmanship on every jobsite. Focusing exclusively on windows and doors since 2000, Danny has the product knowledge and experience to inspire trust and confidence in his customers.
Adam McNamar, Install Estimator
Over his 8 years in construction, Adam has been involved in all aspects of the window and door installation business. He started out with Discount Windows working on an install crew and has earned his way up to an estimator position. Adam is a Junction City native who has lived here his whole life. He brings his small town family values to everything he does, whether coaching his kids sports teams or selling you the best product for the best price.
David Vodvarka, Install Estimator
David has been with Discount Windows for over 4 years, but interested in construction for his whole life. He has always loved to refurbish and build things. He brings this enthusiasm to each customer project, living by his life motto, “Work is love made visible.” ― Khalil Gibran.
